The Maintenance Enforcement Program is now delivering routine services through MEPline — an easy-to-use interactive telephone answering system.

Through a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) and your MEP file number, you can access information about your file 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Your PIN and file number will be sent to you in the mail. Do not share your PIN with anyone.

If you need to speak to an enforcement officer or require general information about MEP, you can leave a voice mail message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
